Our team at Evodia combines passion, expertise, and dedication to pioneer sustainable flavor solutions. Representing over 15 nationalities, we are united by our commitment to creating impactful, environmentally friendly flavors and driving a more sustainable future.

We are on a mission: to create a game-changing biotech sustainable aroma house for the F&B industry. With our unique bioscience technology and focus on sustainable aroma solutions, we recreate nature’s aromatic molecules using precision fermentation, enriching any product with natural aromas and a great taste.

Sustainability is important to us, and we’re bound together by our ambition to pioneer the future of sustainable flavor ingredients through bioscience innovation; creating great tastes and aromas by mirroring nature’s flavors - without compromising its precious resources.

With team members from 15 countries, we embrace all types of people and personalities. We can get seriously nerdy when it comes to our science, but our common love for brewing–and everything that entails–keeps the atmosphere creative, productive and fun.
