Our founders started looking for a way to produce aroma molecules naturally, by replicating a plant’s way of creating great scents and smells. And they succeeded. Our revolutionary aroma technology now replaces the need for specific harvested aromatic compounds, and can now replace the demand for specific harvested, aromatic compounds.

Our third-party validated study, conducted by the Danish Technological Institute, demonstrates that Yops® production has a significantly lower environmental impact compared to traditional aroma hops, using 86% less water, 94% less land and reducing CO₂ emissions by 83% per unit.
