How to use Yops™ in production

Whether supplementing or partially replacing traditional hops, Yops™
seamlessly integrates into the brewing processes for NABLAB, AB and craft
beers. Yops™ comes ready to use, with or without prior dilution. For best
results, dose Yops™ close to the final storage vessel minimizing oxygen
introduction as much as possible. We recommend dosing into a transfer or
recirculation flow to ensure proper mixing. The product is highly
concentrated, with a recommended dosage of 25-100g of Yops™ per hL.
Shake well before use. ​

For easy benchtop testing, add 1 drop of Yops™ to 100 mL of base beer, swirl
to mix, and taste. Adjust dosage to taste and try combining variants to
achieve the desired complexity.
