Easy to use

Either as a quick tweak of your existing recipe or as the base for a whole new one, Yops™ is ideal for inspired recipe development as well as final product adjustment. No pre-treatment is necessary, just dose inline during transfer or recirculation—or spike a glass of base beer, one drop at a time. Our concentrated formulation allows 1L of Yops™ to elevate up to 50hL of beer, enabling significant logistics and storage saving.

Yops™ can be added, at your convenience during various stages of the brewing process, to enhance specific flavor notes in the final beer or help you quickly adapt to fast-changing consumer trends. It is highly effective in improving the taste profile of non-alcoholic beer and can fully or partially replace fresh hops, hop pellets or hop oil.
